The Guarantee

Lush will replace any delaminated board that is a result of a manufacturing defect within 1 year of purchase at no cost to the customer. The guarentee does not cover normal wear and tear. The customer must return the defective board to Lush UK office at their cost or provide a photo of the delaminated deck to returns@lushlongboards.com along with a dated proof of purchase. Lush will replace it from stock. Lush will pay for shipping costs. 

Decks snapped or otherwise rendered unskateable under any other use can be replaced within 2 years of purchase (1 year for the Globe series) at the cost of £25 plus shipping to the customer, no questions asked. The customer must return the deck to Lush UK office at their cost or provide a quality digital photo to returns@lushlongboards.com along with a dated proof of purchase. Lush will replace it from stock.
